It started with a hotel
A hotel in Perthshire had two contractors. One fitted the guest Wi-Fi. The other fitted the fridge sensors in the kitchen. When the sensors stopped reporting, each blamed the other, and the manager spent a fortnight stuck in the middle.
The fault was in neither system. It was in the gap between them. Signal-Draft exists to close that gap: one design, one team and one phone number.
